We conducted interviews and workshops with leadership and talent. Based on the insights from the process, we built three pillars and manifestos and created a visual identity specifically designed to communicate ClickBus\u2019s employer brand value proposition, appealing to target talent audiences. An Employer Brand Book was created to consolidate all guidelines, including tone of voice, language, visual direction, and best practices. The identity was rolled out across giveaways, internal communications, and other suggestions throughout the talent journey.
