Discovering ClickBus’s Employer Brand Value Proposition

We applied Smart’s proprietary methodology for EVP (Employer Value Proposition). We conducted interviews and workshops with leadership and talent. Based on the insights from the process, we built three pillars and manifestos and created a visual identity specifically designed to communicate ClickBus’s employer brand value proposition, appealing to target talent audiences. An Employer Brand Book was created to consolidate all guidelines, including tone of voice, language, visual direction, and best practices. The identity was rolled out across giveaways, internal communications, and other suggestions throughout the talent journey.

Impact

The creation of the EVP and Employer Brand Book guided the company’s employer branding and employee experience strategy, helping to strengthen ClickBus’s internal and external positioning as an employer brand. The work provided clarity on the messages that should be prioritized in communication strategies throughout the entire talent journey.
